Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a form of cognitive behavior therapy that was specifically developed to treat chronically suicidal and/or self injuring people living with borderline personality disorder. DBT is now also used effectively to treat other disorders. Learn how applying this innovative technique can help individuals regulate their emotions, tolerate stress, and interact more effectively with others.
